Our ESC processor is a well-proven type, and the software is the result of nearly four years of refinement and testing. The result is extremely smooth motor starts, no matter the motor type, and high efficiency at all throttle positions.
All V31 Firmware ESC are also particularly suited to Helicopters, or models using A123 batteries. V3 firmware changes include:
•a super-soft 15-second spool when Governor Mode is enabled, to spare your main gear
•Auto-Cut Cell Voltage settings from 2.0V to 3.2V/cell, to handle lithium including A123 cells
•3.1V/Cell default autocut setting for powerful 16C+ lipo packs
•Ability to program NO CUT mode via stick programming (as well as by Emeter or PC Software)
All the Hyperion brushless controllers have a rich set of programming features which can be set either by stick commands from your transmitter, via the programming interface in the Hyperion Emeter, or by Hyperion PC Cable and software.
