RETURNS
Any products returned to Hyperion Australia for a warranty claim shall be at the cost of the buyer. The customer must contact Hyperion Australia to obtain a return authorization before sending any products back otherwise we will accept no responsibility for the returned items. Goods must be well packed, any damages occurring during return are not the responsibility of Hyperion Australia, the customer must ensure they insure the item/s being returned.
Goods being returned for credit/refund must be in their original packaging and in as new unused condition, batteries must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork for verification that they have not been charged/used. It is at the discretion of Hyperion Australia to accept returns based on our inspection of returned goods. A restocking fee of 20% applies to any goods that are returned for refund if you just change your mind.
